 Proposal Management

Creating a professional quote is remarkably fast and simple. After logging on to iQuote Xpress, the sales representative initiates a new quote. The sales agent navigates through the company database and with a simple click, selects the products to quote. (It is also possible to type the desired product SKU directly in the product ID box to add to the quote). The proposal is then automatically linked to the related account. This creates a database of historical data that is easy to access. This sales agent is able to view all the quoting information that has previously been recorded on a particular customer. If desired, the sales representative has the ability to clone a quote from any customer, dramatically reducing the time involved in creating a quote.

While managing proposals, a representative can take advantage of these unique features:

Varied print options: The proposal can be printed with or without a reference image, product specifications, line discounts, sales tax information, gross amounts or even a cover page.
Ease of Tax Management: It may be important to clearly state tax detail for a prospective customer. In iQuote Xpress, the tax calculations are automatic and can be edited to match the requirements of a specific locality.

iQuote Xpress provides management access to several sales reports which include quota, new accounts, proposals, gross margins, forecasting, probability, total revenue and much more.
